The Robertson County Courthouse is an historic government building located on the Public Square in Franklin, Robertson County, Texas. Built in the Classic Texas Plan at a cost of $30,000, it was designed in the Second Empire style of architecture by noted Austin architect Frederick Ernst Ruffini, who designed several other Texas courthouses. Robertson County's fourth courthouse, .
On July 12, 1976, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places. It is still in use today as a courthouse.
