Transformers: Timelines is the toy line and annual fictional comic series created by the Transformers Collectors Club. Comics and toys are produced annually as part of BotCon, as well as directly through their web site. The BotCon comics are later sold through conventional comics retailers. Supplemental fiction is produced on the Fun Publications web site, some of which is limited to members of the Official Transformers Collectors Club. Fun Publications also produce scripts for voice actor plays at conventions and videos released on YouTube.

Transformers: Timelines stories and toys are produced by Fun Publications each year since 2005.

• 2009/Nov 17th – Blitzwing Bop – A Shattered Glass text story set after Eye in the Sky. Blitzwing accidentally broadcasts a signal that can disable most of the Transformers on earth, and it's up to Soundwave and Blaster fight for control of Triple Changer.

• Transformers Timelines volume 2 #6 Generation 2 Redux – Set years after the end of the 1984 animated Transformers series, a new war between the second generation of Autobots and Decepticons breaks out on Earth. The Autobot Spark leads his forces to stop the evil Clench and his Decepticons. This comic introduced the characters from the Botcon 2010 exclusive figure set. ^[23]

Reception

The Timelines toy line has proved extreemly popular.^[25] Critics of the comic have said that the stories play directly to the fans of the Transformers conventions and stories center around the toys being introduced each year.^[26]
