I don't know of any law that says they can't talk. Maybe if we didn't give them so much to talk about they'd be quiet.

Hi everybody!!! I joined Wikipedia on 18^th January 2006. Before this, I used to edit articles anonymously and you can view most of my edits on this page. I don't think I can contribute much by way of new articles, but I think I'll mostly stick to correcting spelling mistakes, formatting wiki pages and the like.
