A global contest for 2019, aimed at increasing the percentage of women biographies on Wikipedia by a full percent. Given that over 10,000 articles will be needed, the contest will be longer than one month. However the idea would be something like ten 10 day rounds with a break between each to recharge the batteries and perhaps the prize money given after each round. Each round there will be a percentage target, perhaps a 0.1% goal and we'll try to reach it with every round.
