Request reason:

Because as I less than subtly suggested to another regular editor, I believe this is a personal vendetta by the very admin who has now applied another three month block and is abusing his powers of arrest, if I may put it that way. I suggest that this editor stand off as involved, I am ONLY blocked from EN:WP not from any other language WP and also have tried to appeal my case to WikiMedia WMF, I believe this is a personal vendetta by User:Thryduulf and have the evidence if I could just get the chance to try to say so. If Thryduulf wants to be judge and jury in my trial, I am hanged by default, bnut that is not how it should work. Ask User:Mjroots ask User:Plantdrew how much I try to make Wikipedia better. Not perfect but better. I think Thryduulf is far too trigger happy. I am not sure whether anon should be three tildes or four so I do both User:SimonTrew which I have edited under since 2009, and whatever IP address I can actually improve WP on. My Vodafone IP will have changed, and I haven't tried to evade a block, I have done the opposite of that. In trying to appeal a block, Thryduulf and this is not the first time blocks the range of IP addresses I attempt to appeal the block from. This gets absurd. Next he will revert the contributions I made to Steelite and attempt to have the pictures removed from WikiMedia or something, even though it only applies to WP:EN and, it seems, specifically if Thryduulf fancies it. 188.143.76.255 (talk)

Decline reason:

You are banned (not blocked) from editing here. Instructions on how to appeal a ban can be found at WP:UNBAN. Nowhere there does it suggest "evade the block by switching IPs because you believe you are in the right." Yunshui  07:41, 18 June 2019 (UTC)Reply[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the ((unblock)) template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

If I wanted to go past the ban I would just recycle the IP address and it would probably give me a new one, I have after all worked on IP systems for about thirty years, I have been contribiting to the Usenet Oracle since 1989. if I wanted to circumvent them I could easily do that. Do you see any vandalism or bad posts from anything on any IP address I have ever edited: Do you see, because a search will tell you, SimonTrew editing as IP (and this was well before Thryduulf put his foot in it), I work under secure security and cannot always log in as my own name for compromising my own and my company's security so log in via a VPN. I think it is on admin Thryduulf's part to show that any edit I have ever made was in bad faith. I have mad wrong ones, certainly, but never in bad faith. I am not the guilty party here. I have contributed days to get started the Hungarian Revolution of 1848 many yers ago when we had nothing on the subject, I have spent hours and weeks transcribing maps on my windows and map tables and making SVG, I have contributed financially to Wikimedia but I shall not put up with a personal vendetta because I worked hard to clear the User:Eubot redirects and Thryduulf was always complaining, any one in thirty, that I got it wrong, at [[WP:RFD)). Where the X am I supposed to list them, that is the procedure.... you don't like it, you're the admin, change the process as we did with CSD:X10 was it. SO, Thryduulf does not link that I am a linguist and can understand if not speak well more languages than that user can,. Sorry for he or she. But that does not mean I am the one at fault, go and learn Arabic and Hungarian and Japanese and Spanish and Turkish and Maltese and Flemish and each day Roma and German then you might have an opinion. I speak four languages every day from different European backgrounds, and teach English to Hungarians. I may have a very slightly (nagyon kicsit) idea of how languages work than Thryduulf with his western European bias. 188.143.76.255 (talk) 01:48, 18 June 2019 (UTC)Reply[reply]

See, I changed my IP address on my DIGI fibre, not even doing it on purpose because I put in new lamp fittings yesterday that the router has to be sitting on. Actually I have two routers, but you see how easy it is for me to change my IP address if I wanted: You have to block the whole of the XV district if you want. This then will not be the encyclopedia that anyone can edit as it says at the top of the main page. It is not what I come here to edit. I stand by what I said, I didn't change it on purpose, but but the circuit off while I was fixing lamps and it came in on a new IP address, if i wanted to evade an IP range ban I could do that just by getting a mobile phone or whatever on a new IP, as anyone could. The very fact I am doing this from exactly where I started this discussion, and telling you so, should be proof that this ban is unmerited and a personal vendetta, in my belief. I am going to make a very minor edit to the first typo I find just so you can refer to it, OK, to prove my good faith. WHo knows where but it will be very minor, to show an address ban won't work. 151.0.94.108 (talk) 02:14, 18 June 2019 (UTC)Reply[reply]

You do realise that I have written most of the infrastructure of the IP technologyx that is in the car you drive: Any model you want. So if you want to ban me on IP, boy you got it wrong. I know it from the bits and bytes upwards, so there is very little point picking that fight. Try choosing contentious posts i actually did that you disliked, and argue them each to each. I'm game. If not, as I said to WMF a couple of years ago, just take all my contributions down. The GCC assigns me copyright even if free use. Take them down then, yes irrevocably posted blah blah. It does not mean you can blight my name, it does not mean that. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 151.0.94.108 (talk) 02:45, 18 June 2019 (UTC)Reply[reply]
