WP:CSD#G13 only applies when a draft has recieved no human edits for 6 months. You have been repeatedly deleting pages as G13 that don't actually meet that criterion. For example:

1. Draft:Amish Shah (entrepreneur): last edit October 2023 which is only 3 months ago
2. Draft:Antoine Blondeau: ditto
3. Draft:Amish Shah (entrepreneur): ditto
4. Draft:Alex Shtefan: last human edit August 2023 which is only 5 months ago

Spam is spam, I am being generous as there may be hope that the people have notability as we don't do well on business people articles. Looking at these submissions from both this side and the Commons side, it fairly evident that these are undeclared paid contributions. Apart from the duplicate mentioned which had already been previously deleted, you will also see number four was last actually edited in April 23. <shrug> Happy to just delete as undeclared paid contributions if you prefer.
