Within Template:Infobox Scientist it has a image field. I am trying to link to an image over in DE wikipedia, and I am stumped on the nomenclature. Robert Bentley Todd http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/de/b/bd/Robert_Bentley_Todd.PNG
You'll need to upload it to Wikimedia commons or to the English Wikipedia. What's the license on it? L'Aquatique[talk] 06:12, 3 August 2008 (UTC) I should have used this link http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bild:Robert_Bentley_Todd.PNG and I do not know the copyright, and my German is non-existent.
Noticed your disambig at Keith Miller, good stuff. It seems you have an interest in cricket; have you stumbled across the cricket WikiProject yet? It'd be great if you joined. --Dweller (talk) 15:49, 19 August 2008 (UTC)
Hi, thanks for your message, SmackBot makes a number of changes that are available to all WP:AWB bots - in general these provide a number of non-controversial minor improvements.
The issue you raise is related to these, and has been already fixed by the AWB developers, but not yet released to all AWB users.
Regards, Rich Farmbrough, 15:31 30 August 2008 (GMT).
Dear Billinghurst,
You changed "Camden" to "London Borough of Camden" in "List of closed railway stations in London". Long ago the list had a column for Local Authority. It was removed as being unhelpful. A place-name "XXX" locates the former station more closely than "London Borough of XXX" would. In this case WP's apparent non-recognition of "Camden" except as an alternative name for "Camden Town" complicates matters and the station locations may need refining but for the time I've set both stations in Camden Town. The council website's ward map lacks detail. --SilasW (talk) 18:54, 6 September 2008 (UTC)
Be careful of your disambiguation of the link to Richmond. I saw a lot of articles that should have gone to Richmond, Virginia that were sent to Richmond, London instead. Just FYI. --Midnightdreary (talk) 19:25, 6 September 2008 (UTC).
You have deleted the prep school wikilinks at Westbourne House School Penarth without explanation. Links are needed to disambiguate the major differences between US prep schools that prepare mature students for university and British prep schools that prepare younger children for Public School entry at age 13. I will replace the Wiki links unless you have an over riding reason for deletion. 21stCenturyGreenstuff (talk) 15:52, 14 September 2008 (UTC)
Hi there. On Laura Ford (diff), while disambiguating, awb changed DEFAULTSORT and "Category:XXXX births" into ((Lifetime)). At the same time ((Uncat)) was placed, despite that there was a category in place.

Hi. I'd just like reassurance about your recent edit to Samuel Rolles Driver, where you added Dictionary of National Biography to the list of his works, in a position which implied that he was a contributor. Is this what you mean, or is it just that he was the subject of an article? If the former, a few words of explanation would be nice, saying whose biography he was an expert on. If the latter, the reference needs to be moved. SamuelTheGhost (talk) 10:56, 29 September 2008 (UTC)
Here's what happens
It would be cool to remove the uncat stub altogether since the article is actually categorized.

I noticed that as part of your current project to dab University of Colorado, you removed a link from the Oberlin College alumni page. I have subsequently added a properly disambiguated link. Wouldn't it have been better for you to do that in the first place? If that wasn't practical, I think it's better to leave a dab link (and let the user navigate manually) instead of having no link at all. Matchups 14:30, 7 October 2008 (UTC)
OK what am I doing wrong? Abtract (talk) 07:36, 10 October 2008 (UTC)
A tag has been placed on Isabella Gordon requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article, which appears to be about a real person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable. If this is the first page that you have created, then you should read the guide to writing your first article.
If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding ((hangon))
to the top of the article (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.
For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Marsa Lahminal (talk) 14:56, 15 November 2008 (UTC)
You've wikified a link to one person's name (Numa Hertog), but there's no article for that person. Is there any particular reason why you've done this? Mrh30 (talk) 17:20, 2 December 2008 (UTC)
