I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Oh yeah, I almost forgot, when you post on talk pages you should sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); that should automatically produce your username and the date after your post. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place ((helpme)) on your talk page and ask your question there. Again, welcome!

Walter Koenig article[edit]

Hi Cub68134,

I have reverted your pronunciation change for Walter Koenig's last name. It is not pronounced "Ko-nig" and did have the proper pronunciation ( which is closer to "Kay-nig" as I dont know how to show the fancy pronunciation characters).

Best, RobertMfromLI | User Talk 19:45, 25 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, RobertMfromLI

I used the standard German phonetics to display the «kay-nig» pronunciation. Not sure if you'll get this, so ((helpme))Cub68134 (talk) 05:24, 26 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I don't see anything that needs help here: you replied to an editor's question, it's their responsibility to watch your talkpage if they feel the need to see the reply. As far as I can tell, the issue on the article is dealt with according to WP:CONSENSUS (talk→ BWilkins ←track) 10:52, 26 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Cub68134,

Perhaps I mis-attributed the edit to you? The current pronunciation is the correct one (if I am reading the phonetics correctly) and is the one I reverted to. So, my apologies if I put the message on the wrong page.

Hi Bwilkins,

Though I am not the most experienced editor, yes, I do make sure that I monitor for replies. :-)

I do have one question though. How does WP-CONSENSUS apply to the way that Walter pronounces his name?

Recent edit to Abraham Lincoln (disambiguation)[edit]

Hello, and thank you for your recent contribution. I appreciate the effort you made for our project, but unfortunately I had to undo your edit because I believe the article was better before you made that change. Feel free to contact me directly if you have any questions. Thank you! Kashish Arora (talk) 06:39, 4 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
