Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Vesunna, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Vesta. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 05:56, 4 November 2021 (UTC)
Thanks for the note. So was the link automatically deleted? 'cause I don't see it at that page now when I went to correct it. Johundhar (talk) 14:44, 6 November 2021 (UTC)
An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Sancus, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Hittite and Italic.

Since Wikipedia is freely licensed content that anyone can use, edit, and distribute, it's not appropriate to copypaste large amounts of non-free text into Wikipedia. A more appropriate way to do it is to offer a link to the translation in the external links section of the article.— Diannaa (talk) 13:24, 6 January 2022 (UTC)
Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.
When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:
Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)
You can use the edit summary field to explain your reasoning for an edit, or provide a description of what the edit changes. Summaries save time for other editors and reduce the chances your edit will be misunderstood. For some edits a summary may be quite brief.
Please provide an edit summary for every edit you make. With a Wikipedia account you can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing → Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary. Thanks! Canterbury Tail talk 13:29, 29 March 2022 (UTC)
Hello, I'm Denisarona. I noticed that you recently removed content from Irish people without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Hello, I'm Denisarona. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Irish people, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Denisarona (talk) 07:28, 8 July 2022 (UTC)
and don't restore text with no reliable secondary sources. NOR means "no original research". Doug Weller talk 08:16, 9 July 2022 (UTC)
Hello Johundhar! Your additions to Etruscan language have been removed in whole or in part, as they appear to have added copyrighted content without evidence that the source material is in the public domain or has been released by its owner or legal agent under a suitably-free and compatible copyright license. (To request such a release, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission.) While we appreciate your contributions to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from sources to avoid copyright and plagiarism issues.
It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices, as policy requires that people who persistently do not must be blocked from editing. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. — Diannaa (talk) 14:08, 9 July 2022 (UTC)

This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

Hi Johundar, I have made a proposal at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents#Proposal: Unblock Velthuru because several editors have assured us that non-English words don't require citations, only an expert who speaks the language. Elizium23 (talk) 17:09, 21 December 2022 (UTC)
Your edit to Botorrita plaque has been removed in whole or in part, as it appears to have added copyrighted material to Wikipedia without evidence of permission from the copyright holder. If you are the copyright holder, please read Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for more information on uploading your material to Wikipedia. For legal reasons, Wikipedia cannot accept copyrighted material, including text or images from print publications or from other websites, without an appropriate and verifiable license. All such contributions will be deleted. You may use external websites or publications as a source of information, but not as a source of content, such as sentences or images—you must write using your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously, and persistent violators of our copyright policy will be blocked from editing. See Wikipedia:Copying text from other sources for more information. — Red-tailed hawk (nest) 02:59, 9 March 2023 (UTC)
Thanks for uploading File:Https---upload.wikimedia.org-wikipedia-commons-thumb-0-03-Bleiplatte von Magliano.jpg-800px-Bleiplatte von Magliano.jpg. You don't seem to have said where the image came from, who created it, or what the copyright status is. We require this information to verify that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia, and because most image licenses require giving credit to the image's creator.
To add this information, click on this link, then click the "Edit" tab at the top of the page and add the information to the image's description. If you need help, post your question on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions.
