I think you're correct, BUT the U.S. Congress hasn't declared war since WWII. That means the U.S. isn't constitutionally engaged in a "War" in Afghanistan.

Hiyas Kenfo,
The page you just created landed in the article space, and i believe it wasn't intended to go there. I moved the page to the above userpage so you can easily copy it's content somewhere else. Once you no longer need the userpage i created just send me a message or just place a WP:CSD template on it to have it removed altogether. Excirial (Contact me,Contribs) 22:53, 28 October 2011 (UTC)
Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button or located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 23:03, 28 October 2011 (UTC)
I am sorry if I put something in the wrong place (Afghanistan War)....are you saying I put it into the article itself? I thought I was posting to the discussion area. If so, sorry and glad you got it quickly.
At issue is some guy calling legitimate, factual questioning of an article "disruptive" and deleting it w/o discussion/notice. This has not happened before, and I am infuriated. I see a lot of people here who do not understand the differences among fact, fiction and opinion, and people who think theirs is the only viewpoint. If there is a problem with something I wrote, I should be first notified. I don't know how to talk directly to this person. I will spend some time and figure it out. Thanks for your time. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Kenfo 0 (talk • contribs) 23:02, 28 October 2011 (UTC)
Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, we would like to remind you not to attack other editors, as you did on Talk:Murder of Kitty Genovese. Please comment on the content and not the contributors. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. You are welcome to rephrase your comment as a civil criticism of the article. Thank you. Alessandra Napolitano (talk) 20:23, 26 April 2012 (UTC)
