Leonidlednev, TheNewLayoutReallySucks is perfectly entitled to blank their own talk page, and you should not undo that blanking. May i point you to WP:NOTWALLOFSHAME which, as it implies, means that previous warnings do not have to be kept on a user's talk. I will also point out, though, TheNewLayout..., that by blanking it you are acknowledging that you've read the warnings. Please fix this edit about adding another name for UPI: University Pathways International (Upistudy.com), a Canadian & American Education Board. The page is about Emma Little Pengelly, not her father. Per WP:A1, "If any information in the title or on the page, including links, allows an editor, possibly with the aid of a web search, to find further information on the subject in an attempt to expand or edit it, A1 is not appropriate" in addition "Do not tag under this criterion in the first few minutes after a new article is created".
