Introduction of erroneous and unsourced content[edit]

Information icon Please do not introduce incorrect information into articles, as you did to Peregrine Mission One. Your edits do not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. If you believe the information you added was correct, please cite references or sources or discuss the changes on the article's talk page before making them again. If you would like to experiment, use your sandbox. Thank you.

In particular, your edits stating that a "propellant tank rupturing" and that the lander would become a "makeshift orbiter" are refuted by official sources. [osunpokeh/talk/contributions] 02:47, 9 January 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]

In particular, edit id 1194415067 introduces the false information into the article. [osunpokeh/talk/contributions] 03:02, 9 January 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]
@Osunpokeh Thanks for taking the time to message me on my talk page instead of just editing a current event article as per the current event disclaimer at the top of the article: Details may change as the mission progresses. Initial news reports may be unreliable. The last updates to this article may not reflect the most current information.
1) the situation was developing. Skynews and Space.com both said that the likely cause was a ruptured propellant tank due to the distorted exterior shell, that statement is still in both of the articles I cited, which in turn are are still cited in the article. Astrobic said that the problem was a valve failed to close which resulted in a Oxidizer tank rupturing, which is pretty close to the initial speculation.
2) The probe is not going to land, but it is still in lunar orbit... an orbiter... an orbiter not by design... a makeshift orbiter preforming what experiments it still can. Yeah not sure why you were upset with that.

Proposed deletion of Scott Gray (politician)[edit]

Notice

The article Scott Gray (politician) has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the ((prod blp/dated)) tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. PakisOne (talk) 15:26, 12 January 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]

@PakisOne This is not a valid cause for deletion. there are cited articles talking about him, and he has enough notability given he is a NY state assemblymen. As per WP:POLITICIAN: Politicians and judges who have held international, national, or (for countries with federal or similar systems of government) state/province–wide office, or have been members of legislative bodies at those levels
I have removed your tag from the page too. Scu ba (talk) 16:38, 12 January 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Red Bank Regional elects Socialist?[edit]

This edit to the article for Red Bank Regional High School makes the claim that "Pat Noble became the only elected member of the Socialist Party of New Jersey after winning a seat at the age of 19". The source sided says that Noble was a socialist and had started a local party, but school board elections in New Jersey are non-partisan and candidates do not run under a party banner. He didn't win as a Socialist Party candidate and the article makes no mention of him being the only elected member of the Socialist Party. The details are probably encyclopedic and belong in the article, but am I missing something about the way the individual and his election is described? Alansohn (talk) 13:04, 30 January 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Sure yeah, it could be officially a non-partisan election, but he is a registered socialist. So I'll call him a socialist. Scu ba (talk) 15:47, 30 January 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]
I copyedited the text to call him a socialist and better match the content of the source. Alansohn (talk) 22:58, 30 January 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Good for you. I'll include a sentence that he is the secretary of the SPNJ, and former leader of the SPUSA. Scu ba (talk) 01:52, 31 January 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]

O'Donnell and Naccarato moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, O'Donnell and Naccarato, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Articles must be based in independent third party sources, not the company’s own website. I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Redfall[edit]

Please desist from putting non-review information in the critical reception section of the article. None of the information added is of a review nature but instead speculation, much of it from unreliable sources, as to the future of the game. Rambling Rambler (talk) 18:33, 11 February 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Okay, ill make a new section. Scu ba (talk) 18:54, 11 February 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Union of Donbass Volunteers[edit]

I reverted your edits to Union of Donbass Volunteers because the subject is not notable. Specifically, that articles rested on InformNapalm which I'm not sure is reliable. Without that source, there is spare little coverage for notability. To that end, I think the redirect makes more sense per WP:SPINOUT. Writing with too many primary sources evinces a desire for journalism, which is not what we do here. Let's give the subject another ten years and perhaps there will be good secondary coverage. Chris Troutman (talk) 18:51, 14 February 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]

How is the subject not notable. Could you elaborate on that. they are a major aspect of Russia's war effort from 2015-2022. If you don't think InformNapalm is reliable, which you would have to elaborate on and possibly open an RfC for, there are still the moscow times and Balkan insights articles.
