Greetings, Scuzz138. I promised I will write to you and I apologize for the delay. I just now submitted a rewrite/expansion for the Federation of Rhodesia and Nyasaland article, and I would appreciate any attention you could give my addition, and for that matter, also my unfinished draft for the Southern Rhodesia article, and any other writings I author on the Rhodesian series of articles I intend to work on in the near future. Once I get to the Rhodesia article and its respective timeline (so, by extension, the history section in the Zimbabwe article, too), I would very much value you lending me your expertise on the military-history (and anything further, of course), and in particular, counter-insurgency front. Thanks.
Regards,

Hi, Scuzz138, welcome back! I, myself, was away for a bit, so (also) sorry for taking a while to get back to you. I am pleased to learn that your research went well and am looking forward to reviewing your findings in detail (a cursory overview indicates these to be very useful and instructive) . Also, I'm looking forward to learning what you thought of the SR draft and CAF article (what you liked, what you didn't like, where you see room for improvement, how, etc.). I hope to hear back from you soon, renewing collaboration on the Rhodesia series of articles, integrating your findings into the draft/article, etc. I actually did not do any substantive work on any of the Rhodesia articles since we last spoke – even when I was active I was not too active (I worked primarily on The Destruction of the European Jews, glance at it if you get a chance). Until we speak again,
Regards,

With your exams! Are you finished with them yet? How do you think you did? I am very pleased to learn you have collected so much useful material for the Southern Rhodesia, Central African Federation, and Zimbabwe-Rhodesia! I wasn't able to find anything (aside from one picture of Huggins, courtesy of Wally, actually). I am also very pleased you are fond of my article and draft respectively. Looking forward for your return and for us to continue our collaboration in this fascinating area! As an aside, I am also especially pleased today: I have been nominated for and voted as an Administrator. We'll speak soon. All the best, El_C 04:05, 2 May 2005 (UTC)
