Dear SwisterTwister, please advise. We were able to get the Walter Baets page up and approved a few months ago. Then it emerged that the uploader had not disclosed that it was paid-for work in uploading, so Wikipedia took it down. Now second time around, we made the correct disclosures and used the same content, except better with more references and now it doesn't make the grade? Very confusing. Would appreciate your help. I'll try and find more sources but, as I say, it was good enough once before so not sure what else to look for.
