This appears to be a duplicate of another submission, G. Parthasarathy, which is also waiting to be reviewed. To save time we will consider the other submission and not this one.
The comment the reviewer left was:
Please do not create multiple copies of drafts on the same person. This draft, like the previous one, needs more than one source. The subject is almost certainly notable; however, since he is notable, he presumably has been written about by multiple sources.
Also, has this draft been submitted using two similar but different user names? If so, is that a coincidence? Why? For advice on multiple accounts, please ask for advice at the Teahouse. (Also ask there about multiple reliable sources.)

You mentioned that there is already an article on Gopalapuram Parthasasrathy in Wikipedia. I have written about Gopalaswami Parthasarathy, not Gopalapuram Parthasarathy. They are 2 different people, both were foreign policy experts. Gopalapuram Parthasarathy is still alive whereas the one I wrote about, Gopalaswami Parthasarathy, is deceased. If you have read both the articles you will realize that these are 2 different people.
I also read another comment about not having enough sources in my article - I don't remember which reviewer mentioned this. During my research I could only find 2 New York Times artilces on G.P and a book published during his birth centenary. These are both reliable, published sources and contain the necessary information.
Please look at both articles on G. Parthasarathy (the one that already exists in Wikipedia about a different person) and the one I submitted. I don't know how else to convince you that these are not the same person.

There is an existing article on a living person. This sandbox and the draft appear to be about a different person. How are they related? However, please make updates to the version in draft space. Please do not resubmit this sandbox again if it is the same person as is the subject of the draft. If there are three different people, please explain.

There are currently three pages about people with the same or similar names. There is an article in article space about Gopalapuram Parthasarathy or Gopalaswami Parthasarathy, who is a living person and appears to be a retired Indian diplomat. There is a draft Draft: G. Parthasarathy in draft space, about an earlier Indian diplomat, 1912-1995. You have also submitted a sandbox draft, User:Shyamw1/sandbox about an Indian diplomat who was born in 1912 and died in 1995. As far as I can tell, Draft: G. Parthasarathy and User:Shyamw1/sandbox are almost the same. They contain much of the same language and appear to be mostly the work of the same author. They are almost certainly biographies of the same person. Please compare the two drafts. Updates should be made to Draft: G. Parthasarathy. Are you User:Wshyam? If so, and you want the version in draft space deleted, you may request its deletion, but, if so, please explain why you are using two accounts with similar names. If you and User:Wshyam are really two different users, please coordinate your edits. Robert McClenon (talk) 03:06, 4 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Please explain whether this person and the other G. Parthasarathy, who both were born in 1912, are the same or different. If they are the same, edit Draft: G. Parthasarathy. If not, explain.
This draft is still inadequately sourced.
Continued resubmission of this draft while the other draft is still pending is wasting the time of the reviewers and is tendentious. (I know that the existing article is for a living person and that the two drafts are for dead people who appear to be the same dead person.)

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continual disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Hello Robert,
I didn't intend to make uncosntructive edits and I am sorry if that's what happened. Can you please provide specific examples of the "unconstructive" so I understand what you mean? I was merely trying to add more reliable sources to my article since your earlier comment said I needed more sources. Also, I would like to know how to delete the first draft I submitted so I am not wasting a reviewer's time? I would like my second submission (the one with more sources) to be reviewed instead. Thanks. Shyamw1 (talk) 17:37, 7 June 2016 (UTC)Shyamw1[reply]
I am deleting the warning because I realize that I may have been harsh. We are both confused, and I am asking for advice at the Teahouse. ~~
Thank you - I look forward to the advice. Any help I can get to improve the article and have it accepted will be greatly appreciated. Shyamw1 (talk) 20:57, 9 June 2016 (UTC)Shyamw1[reply]
Robert, I read Wikipedia's reference for beginners section several times over the last couple of days and I redid all the references as best I could. Could you please review and let me know if anything still needs correction? Thanks so much. Shyamw1 (talk) 14:04, 15 June 2016 (UTC)Shyamw1[reply]

Dear Robert,
I am wondering about the status of my draft article on G. Parthasarathy. I haven't heard anything since my last submission at the end of June. Please advise. Thanks. Shyamw1 (talk) 18:45, 29 July 2016 (UTC)Shyamw1[reply]
Dear Wiae,
I submitted the draft after editing the language by following your instructions. However, I'm not sure I did it right. Is there any way to know if I submitted it correctly or not? Thanks in advance for your help.Shyamw1 (talk) 14:01, 3 August 2016 (UTC)Shyamw1[reply]
Gopalaswami Parthasarathy (diplomat), which you submitted to Articles for creation, has been created. The article has been assessed as Start-Class, which is recorded on the article's talk page. You may like to take a look at the grading scheme to see how you can improve the article.
You are more than welcome to continue making quality contributions to Wikipedia. Note that because you are a logged-in user, you can create articles yourself, and don't have to post a request. However, you may continue submitting work to Articles for Creation if you prefer.

Thank you so much. I wish to thank all the editors who have patiently guided me through this long process and helped me better understand how Wikipedia works. Shyamw1 (talk) 13:34, 4 August 2016 (UTC)Shyamw1[reply]
Dear SisterTwister,
I tried searching for this article on Wikipedia but couldn't find it. Does it take a while for it to show up on Wikipedia? If yes, when can I expect to see it there? Thanks, again. Shyamw1 (talk) 17:22, 9 August 2016 (UTC)Shyamw1[reply]
Dear Sister Twister,
When I search Wikipedia for the article I submitted on G. Parthasarathy, I only see the article on the other diplomat who is also known as G. Parthasarathy. I do not see the one I wrote about on the search results list. Just wondering how to make that appear when someone does a search. It is rare that two people with the same name also share the same career and that maybe the problem here. Look forward to your response. Thank you.
