You are are exactly the kind of blindly rule following, petty power hungry egotistical deletionist that is ruining what used to be the useful resource that was Wikipedia. See "Are you playing by your own rules?" below for an example of your pedantry. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.108.207.10 (talk) 19:33, 2 October 2010 (UTC)
Hi! Di you have a digital camera? If so, would you mind photographing the AMR Corporation headquarters in Fort Worth? When you do, please ensure that any company logos are on the building or on signs on the premises appear in the photograph. Thank you WhisperToMe (talk) 00:06, 13 June 2009 (UTC)
Please post your find at the talk page here: Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Dallas-Fort_Worth WhisperToMe (talk) 23:13, 15 June 2009 (UTC)
Here's another request: Why not get the Texas Instruments headquarters? It is in North Dallas near Garland, so it should be close to you :) WhisperToMe (talk) 04:24, 4 July 2009 (UTC)
When you have the time, would you mind trying to fulfill these requests (if a building with a logo is not available, try to get the front entrances/gates with the company logo)?
In addition would you be willing to fulfill requests for Preston Hollow, Dallas or Vickery Meadow, Dallas so the neighborhoods have photographs? Thanks WhisperToMe (talk) 16:05, 14 August 2009 (UTC)
You've reverted my edits on the .40 S&W section without providing contrary sources or first discussing what you specifically object to in my citations. Yet on the 9x19mm discussion page, several of your quotes make points that contradict your actions on the .40 S&W article.Michael Courtney (talk) 09:00, 30 November 2009 (UTC)
“ | I'd appreciate further discussion to focus on the edits I make once again, and specifically, discuss the inappropriateness of the citations and sources before removing the contributions through a challenge. My only agenda is, if anything, improve quality and NPOV through well-sourced contributions and will respect any contribution with similar goals Spectre9 (talk) 02:27, 19 August 2009 (UTC) | ” |
“ | I am providing sources, and you are welcome to challenge me with other sources. Have you even READ WP:RS? "The threshold for inclusion in Wikipedia is verifiability, not truth—that is, whether readers are able to check that material added to Wikipedia has already been published by a reliable source, not whether we think it is true." This article was just created, but it was budded off from Political positions of Barack Obama. The long-standing consensus is that the article should only outline policies and stated positions, not editorial positions or reactions (for or against) those policies. The addition you made was not in keeping with those guidelines. Maybe try discussing it at Presidency of Barack Obama to see if it's notable enough to include there. --Loonymonkey (talk) 21:00, 5 December 2009 (UTC)
Please check the bottom of the page of this site http://www.roll-of-honour.com/Cambridgeshire/SwaveseyStAndrew.html & please understand that we are dealing with the loss of a young persons life
A note that "the" shouldn't be used in a title, and that the Scotch Whisky Regulations 2009 was an SI, not an act; I've amended the article accordingly. Thanks, Ironholds (talk) 17:18, 11 February 2011 (UTC)
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
