The result was keep but possibly merge or rename. The subject seems to have received coverage from multiple reliable sources, several of the arguments to delete seem to object to the name. "Unrest" does not strike me as a particularly loaded term but there may be a more suitable term for these events and it may be appropriate to merge this content into another article.
