Keep. I am the article's creator, and although the magnitude is 4.0, earthquakes of any magnitude in South Texas are rare, and the ones that do happen are rarely felt and are rarely of this magnitude. The fact that it was felt and occurred in an area where earthquakes rarely occur means it is notable and should be kept.Av9 (talk) 21:28, 27 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
