• Delete - I've been a major contributor to the article, but I agree that it may not be really notable enough for an article. It's an incredibly rare event in the region, but considering the fact that the 2002 Plattsburgh Earthquake, which was a 5.2 and did damage some roads, has no article on Wikipedia, I see no reason that this should have one. • Delete - Earthquake didn't turn out to be anything significant as it caused no damage or injuries, a passing mention in the Dover, Delaware and Kent County, Delaware articles is enough but a separate article for such a small event seems to be a little overkill.
