Keep. Passes WP:GNG - extremely wide coverage. High casualty count, including a maj. General.. The thing to remember about AIRCRASH is that it is an essay, not policy, and that while in general it is correct in the rough triage (civil airline yes, military no) - but often is wrong on "edge cases" (e.g. high casualty military crashes, or conversely write-offs of old civil planes flying transport with no casualties).
