WP:NOTNEWS Minor incident, alot more people are killed every day in major cities across the West, including Toronto, than were killed yesterday. If we let this article stay, then it begs the question: why do random shootings in which a compatible number of people died and that happen every day in large cities do not deserve standalone articles?
