Delete: I added one reference, a two paragraph mention of the event in a College Campus section of The Telegraph (Calcutta), but that is not much, certainly insufficient to demonstrate notability of the event. I agree with the nominator that the mention of the event in the International Institute of Information Technology, Bhubaneswar page suffices, and can be extended as possible, with referenced text.
