According to the FBI, Antonio Martinez of Baltimore pleaded guilty to attempted use of a weapon of mass destruction months before.[2] Michael C. Finton of Illinois pleaded guilty the year before.[3] Since WMD is defined in the law as "an explosive bomb", it may not even be notable, because other people have pleaded guilty to attempting to use explosive bombs in the past.
