Except, this was a very small "war." The notability of WWII bombing raids is well validated. But, more significantly, that damage is well sourced. This page is heavily sourced to the The Daily Star (Lebanon), so the POV is clear, but notability and reliability of are not. Actually, Category:Lists of civilian casualties in the War in Afghanistan (2001–14), which is then organized by year, seems to be rather like this page. The main article's not going to be able to accommodate a list of such length, I think. It does have a section for 2006_Lebanon_War#Environmental_and_archeological_damage but nothing for infrastructure damage, overall. There is some crossover with Casualties of the 2006 Lebanon War. I'd agree with the nominator on some kind of selective merge. Now, as to what gets merged, well, that'll be sorted out in the normal editing process (if there is such a thing when it comes to the Middle East on Wikipedia). But the main article does seem to be lacking in some details about key damage to Lebanese infrastructure, above and beyond historic sites.
