fails WP:ORG. no consensus, 2.5 years ago but I fail to see significant coverage for an org existing for over 60 years. [1]. trove gives a few hits [2]. but most of the coverage is small and in the Christian press. We need more third party coverage like mainstream papers which I don't see. Keep and improve article. We're going to see quite a few more nominations like this. A couple of years ago people demonstrated that there were sources, and it resulted in the article being kept - but the sources were never added to the article. However, our deletion rules do affirm that the sources only have to exist, and don't have to be in the article. In fact, another significant reference has been published this year - Muriel Porter's Sydney Anglicans and the Threat to World Anglicanism devotes page 5 to AFES. AFES has also been mentioned in the controversy surrounding the book covered by the ABC - here and here. Anyway, I guess I'd better add these to the article... Keep -- I find it ludicrous to suggest that the Austrailan affiliate of International Fellowship of Evangelical Students is NN. This will be an umbrella body for university Christian Unions. In my country (UK) these are comnmonly the largest student sociiety in theri universities. I do not know about Australia, but guess that the position is similar. Keep. Articles in specialist press, providing that press is independent of the subject, are fine to establish notability for religious organisations -- as for many other subject areas. (I acknowledge, however, that sometimes these nominations do result in improvements being actually made to articles!)
