I recommend this page be deleted, because it fails WP:Note There is also no real information, no updates in three years, and no, I've never heard this term used like this. In fact, I only found this page because I'm looking for information about a business with this exact name. Seems like something a creative journalist or manufacturer/marketer came up with. I see that there is another organization called The Autotech Council which appears to be an industry group, but nonetheless I do not think that "autotech" qualifies as an encyclopedic concept.
