• Keep Per WP:BEFORE, I added a reference for this large self-contained planned community, which has been in existence for 15 years. It is situated in a remote area away from other Orange County towns, complete with its own downtown, schools and eponymous access road Avalon Park South Blvd. These details demonstrate that this is a notable location on the map.
