WP:BLP of a political figure, notable only as an as yet non-winning candidate in a future election. As always, this is not grounds for a Wikipedia article in and of itself -- a person has to win the election and thereby hold the office to clear WP:NPOL, not just run as a candidate, but this offers no strong or well-sourced indication of preexisting notability for other reasons.
