Irish peer, fails WP:BASIC due to a lack of secondary, independent, reliable sources covering the subject in depth. Earned the title of marquess in 2005 and therefore cannot qualify for WP:NPOL due to the House of Lords Act 1999, which deprived them of a seat in the House of Lords.

Delete. Or, failing that, redirect to Marquess of Headfort. Title holders are not automatically notable and so the subject needs to meet WP:NBIO/WP:ANYBIO. Looking at the refs in the article, and following my own WP:BEFORE search for references outside the article, I'm not seeing how the criteria are met. Certainly there is no coverage of the subject in The Times (UK), and only a single passing mention in The Irish Times (IE). Other searches (in book and academic/journal sources) are equally sparse or non-existent. The subject's only claim to notability seems to be being the holder of a title.
