Keep It is a notable confection, and is widely known and mentioned. Article has been completely rewritten with citations, the recipe removed, categorized, with the original author link removed. Cocadas are even the subject of poetry, if only allegorically, See here. --Bejnar (talk) 00:12, 6 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Keep. This Google News search, filtered to show only English hits, shows many English-language hits in reliable sources. (Not that there is anything wrong with Spanish-language sources, but English-language ones are easier to work with.) Eastmain (talk • contribs) 00:19, 6 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Keep per the 2 directly above me with the sources. Ukexpat, it isn't a how to, as it doesn't say ie, 1/2 cup flour, 1/4 cup sugar, etc. CTJF83chat 07:01, 6 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Comment in fairness to Ukexpat, before the article was rewritten it did say 1 Cup of Buter 1 Liter of Milk 50 Grams of fresh Almonds. --Bejnar (talk) 19:00, 6 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Keep. While the sources appear to be mostly offline, making it difficult to gauge reliability, they do appear to be sufficient to establish notability. --Mkativerata (talk) 04:36, 12 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
