I have a question with the recent addition of a new template to the article: how many places does the discussion about deletion of Collier Motors need to have? This is a second location. There is only one negative (by an editor who placed the second nomination to delete), and several contributors that have made already added their comments to "keep" here: Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Collier Motors (2nd nomination), as well as on the article's talk page: Talk:Collier Motors. The article has over ten verifiable and credible Internet references, as well as a link to a chapter devoted to this historic business in a book (Cotter, Tom; Martin, Keith. "The good, the bad, and the lucky: Pikeville Purgatory". The Corvette in the Barn: More Great Stories of Automotive Archaeology. MBI Publishing. pp. 239–234. ISBN 9780760337974.) that present information about, and speak to the notability of, Collier Motors in North Carolina. That seems to be more than enough reliable sources to "rescue" the article. Of course, as with the vast majority of Wikipedia articles, improvements to the text and presentation can always be made! Thank you ... CZmarlin (talk) 22:15, 15 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
