I do not see why this person is notable. Among the references, Huffington Post mentions his name twice in an article, but this is about it. Seems to be a run-of-the-mill enterpreneur. Ymblanter (talk) 08:08, 27 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

• Delete Fails WP:GNG. The Huffington Post blog just contains a couple of mentions of his name. This article about his company seems to be some kind of a press release (and it just mentions him in context of the company). Sinovision has a brief mention as part of an article.
