No direct evidence of notability. No sign that this is any more than just a run of the mill disappearance case (about 2,300 Americans are reported missing each day). References are mostly typical news reports and routine coverage, no indication of any lasting impact, such as a change in a law or procedure, which is usually used as a yardstick for notability in these cases.
