The same case as Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Doraemon in India. A popular brand no doubt but not reason enough to warrant a separate article for THAT country. I have already selectively transferred a few notable bits from the History and Reception sections to the main Doraemon article. The rest is general coverage of each film's Vietnamese name, air date and other non-notable trivia. Fails WP:NOTDIRECTORY, WP:SPLIT and WP:NOTFANSITE.
