This article cites only two sources: the programming language author's web page, and rosettacode.org, which is an open wiki. All the information there appears to have been uploaded by the language's author. I've searched and I can't find additional sources, so it appears this does not meet the general notability guideline and should be deleted. Delete! Its' name suggests it was written after, or even while, reading the Dragon Book, and, who ever they are, they are not making history, nor would I waste my time learning it since they do not offer any innovation to speak of. Delete as failing WP:GNG and WP:NSOFTWARE. Author sadly does seem to be trying to use Wikipedia for WP:PROMO, not just with this article, but also by adding mentions of themselves and their language to pages like List of programming language researchers, and infoboxes for popular programming languages.
