Author and Twitterati. Claims 3000 Twitter followers and 250 daily visits to Tumblr, rather underwhelming numbers. She has also published a novel though it seems to exist solely as an e-book. I couldn't find any non-trivial coverage by independent sources but I'll admit that searches are complicated by the fact that "Elizabeth Marshall" is a rather common name.
