Keep 'Employee voice' is a an appropriate topic for an article. It's a widely accepted concept (see e.g. https://www.cipd.org/en/knowledge/factsheets/voice-factsheet/ ) and there's a growing body of academic literature on it (see, for example, https://www.researchgate.net/publication/369998765_Employee_Voice_A_Systematic_Literature_Review . The current article certainly certainly needs a lot of work to get it into better shape, and I note that the January 2023 version appears to have been deleted and replaced by editors in September 2023 who seem to have been working on this article as part of an assigned project for an educational course. Employee voice refers to the participation of employees in influencing organizational decision-making. Decision-making by managers an influence their creativity. The process is going very personal to the managers and what they believe will be beneficial for everyone. The creativity of one person's view can change the dynamic of a project. Having personal views is what allows them to make decisions for the better.
