I think he fails WP:NBASKETBALL, no international experience, just a benchwarmer in the Chinese Basketball Association (CBA), and already out of the league since 2011 (when he was only 24). Whereas Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Cory Underwood averaged 10.8 points in 24 games in China ([1]), Feng Lei only averaged <3 points in the CBA over 4 seasons, including 2 seasons where he only played in 1 game each ([2]).
