WP:BLP of an organizational founder and former White House staffer, referenced entirely to primary sources with no evidence of reliable source coverage in media shown at all. Nothing here is "inherently" notable enough to guarantee him an article just because he exists, so the inclusion test hinges on how much media coverage he can be shown to have received -- but the sources here are a press release from a university where he spoke once and an alumni profile on the website of his own alma mater, not notability-supporting journalism.
