Cloete is not a prominent politician. His article clearly fails WP:POLITICIAN and WP:GNG. He has never been elected or held a public office. Being treasurer of a small fringe political party is not an automatic free pass over WP:NPOL, but this article is not referenced anywhere near well enough to claim that he would get over WP:GNG in lieu of having to hold a notable political office.
