Nonsense article, based on a news story that describes a situation in Germany, where Muslims rely a so-called "justice of the peace" who mediate between families.

The news source uses the term in inverted commas to refer to a self-appointed member of the community to highlight that some people in Germany avoid using the legal system. This is utterly misleading because the term " Friendensrichter" is used in some German states as a term for an official lay judge at a court of law, similar to magistrate in England.
