Non-notable musician. The previous AfD closed as no consensus largely because the former nominator didn't present a case and focused on bad formatting. All the sourcing here is crap: insignificant coverage on niche sites and places to download music. Singer is not significant in the Arab world, and is essentially using the English Wikipedia to advertise based on the assumption that we aren't able to read the sourcing.
