The article has one source, which in turn is a bare bones blog post. In searching for more sources I came across another blog that was a collection of in memorium listings, that included Daman, a restated press release about his successor as bishop that mentioned him having been the bishop before. Then there is this [1] statement by a head student at a Catholic boarding school in Nigeria that name checks Daman's existence. Here [2] is another blog about him. None of this is even close to an independent, third-party secondary source providing indepth coverage which is required to meet the general notability guidelines. There are Catholic sources with information about him, including [3], [4] and this archive of the Catholic Bishops Conference of Nigeria [5], and coverage of his death, in Scotland [6] as well as African sources [7], [8], in The Nigerian Standard (no longer online, but still here [9]), if you want to add additional information and references to this stub.
