Neologism with no indication of notability or suitability for an encyclopedia. Unsourced. The Chinese for it is 藍瘦香菇 which I’ve added above. Google says it finds over 10 million results. Here’s Baidu’s entry on it, not in itself a reliable source but may be useful for finding them: [1]. Leaning Delete — It's an Internet slang/meme that is only funny (to young teens) in Chinese; while I'm all for presenting Chinese topics in translation, I don't think any non-Chinese speaker will learn anything from reading about this in English. (Not to mention the writing is so poor it probably requires WP:TNT.) There's also no evidence this meme is ever used in non-Chinese speaking cultures, unlike Om telolet om. It now has a Chinese WP page at zh:藍瘦香菇, but the one ref seems far from a reliable source, not the sort of thing we could base an article on.
