The article is a dictionary definition contradicting WP:NOTDICT. A WP:BEFORE search found only online dictionary sources (not enough for WP:N) and will likely remain a WP:Permastub. - Keep, body parts are notable. Note I rescued this page from AFD once before, back in 2006.
