Delete - this article is about a footballer that hasn't played in a fully pro league or represented his country at senior level, which means it fails WP:NFOOTY. Delete – no reasonable evidence he passes GNG, two articles from the same source do not meet the requirements. "Many more routine articles [where] he is mentioned" do not establish notability either.
