Delete— this is the sort of trivial cruft best suited for leaving in the specific articles rather than attempting to collate into a single list. High-occupancy vehicle lane could use a few selected, sourced, examples from this list, and the rest can be tossed out, or the information (not exact wording) merged to the appropriate articles if it isn't there already.
