I can't make any sense of this article, not least because the countries are indexed in a confusing manner; it looks like the article is poorly titled as well as it seems instead to be a list of countries by current regime — in 2008! The article is based entirely on a comparison of the Democracy-Dictatorship Index, Polity data series, and MaxRange index in 2008, already well out of date at time of creation in 2014.
