No evidence that this person passes the criteria for WP:ANYBIO. The one award was a relatively minor PR industry award from the Hispanic Public Relations Association. I can find no coverage of her anywhere that is not sourced from press releases. Note that her company, Diálogo Public Relations, is seven years old with under 50 employees with likewise zero coverage that is not press release based.
