Recreated article after discussion (Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Miss Universe Romania. No reliable sources conform WP:RS given. No evidence of notability. No doubt editors will keep creating it again if deleted (and under alternate names if salted) - this happens all the time when crappy articles on notable subjects are deleted.
